6 days agoBest gyro & shawarma I've had in the WORLD (and I've been all over the Middle East ope). But the only thing as good as the food is the service here! These young men that address my husband and I the 2 times we've come is nothing short of ASTOUNDING. They're the best, chillest, and most respectful help who genuinely seem to love their job. Hard to find those vibes- I truly love this place and the people! P.s- Get the double platter chicken and lamb if you dare

Edited 3 weeks agoJust had the Mix Combo Small Gyro Platter and 2 Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches, and both were incredible! The gyro platter easily served 4-5 people with fresh, flavorful meat and toppings. The Philly cheesesteaks were perfectly cooked and delicious. With 6 adults and 7 kids at our gathering, this order was more than enough food. Great portions, outstanding quality, and amazing taste. Highly recommend!

a month agoI wanted something different for lunch, today, and discovered OG was practically next door. I ordered online, which was very simple and offered options. Pickup was 10-minutes. When I arrived, I found a small, clean restaurant with easy parking. I watched them prep my order and I was very impressed how fresh everything looked. The price was higher than I'd normall spend, but the portion was large enough to compensate. When I dug in, I was very happy. The Falafel was just the right amount of spicy, the chicken was tender, and the flavors seemed authentic - though I'm no expert. I will be back, soon!

a month agoI’ve been looking forward to a restaurant like this for a long time, and OG Chicken and Gyro did not disappoint. The food is high quality and easily stands out compared to similar spots. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. The meats were well seasoned and full of flavor, the rice was perfectly cooked, and the house made sauces really elevated the entire meal. Every bite felt fresh and satisfying. I would absolutely recommend OG Chicken and Gyro to anyone nearby who wants a delicious and reliable meal.

a month agoThis spot has such a cool NYC street food vibe, I loved it. The playlist was good too, just made the whole place feel fun. I tried a little bit of everything and honestly you can’t go wrong, but the beef frijo was my favorite. It’s kinda like a flatbread quesadilla and it’s easily a 12/10. The chopped cheese was also so good, and the gyro was fully loaded.

a month agoSecond time here, and the food was as good as first time. Huge portion size, which is a plus! Prepare to take home leftovers. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. We ordered the OG platter w chicken and lamb and we also got the OG fries w chicken. Would definitely come back again 😊

2 months agoTo be honest. This is THE best restaurant I've had in Dfw. I was really shocked because the food tasted amazing. I would recommend this restaurant over any other restaurant in the DFW area. Not only did the food taste phenomenal, but the portions for the price was really fair. Must come here and try it.

5 months agoVery generous portion sizes and very tasty. Customer service was great but I wish they had spoons to eat with (they only had forks). The OG sauce is the best sauce ever! Sitting outside to eat on the benches was an amazing experience (the inside was a little too red and a little too noisy with the music for us). Overall, definitely worth going back to again!
